- Customer Support which includes assistance provided to users through various channels.

Permissions Required to Use Our Website and Mobile Applications
Device & App history: We need your device permission to get information about your device, like OS (operating system) name, OS version, mobile network, hardware model, unique device identifier, and other necessary details to optimize your usage and booking experience. We also use OS-specific capabilities to drive great in-funnel experiences using components of the device’s OS. You can choose whether to allow this information to be collected while using the Platform or at all times.
Location: This permission enables us to provide you with location-specific information and features of our Platform. Whenever you use our Platform to search for destinations, utilities, or make bookings, we detect your location and auto-fill relevant information for your convenience. We also use this permission to recommend nearby attractions, provide local insights, and personalize your experience.
Camera: This permission enables you to use your camera from within the Apps to update a profile picture, upload photos, videos, and stories, and share user-generated content for reviews. It also enables QR code scanning for easy payments.
Audio/Video: This permission ensures that the quality of your uploaded content, including audio and video files, meets platform requirements and is processed correctly.
Wi-Fi connection: This permission allows us to enhance your experience by optimizing location-based recommendations, improving media loading speeds, reducing data usage, and offering other personalized features.

Moreover, these permissions are also used by the Apps’ libraries to store map data on your phone’s internal or external storage, such as SD cards. By storing map data locally, your phone avoids having to re-download the same data each time you use the app, ensuring a smooth experience even on low-bandwidth networks.
SMS: If you allow us to access your SMS, we use it to automatically fill in the OTP during transactions and validate your mobile number, ensuring a seamless booking experience. This allows you to complete transactions without leaving the app to manually enter the OTP.
Phone: This permission enables you to make phone calls directly to the concerned booking Partner, third-party service provider, or customer care through the app.
Contacts: If you allow us to access your contacts, we can provide features such as sharing your bookings and tickets, inviting your friends to try our app, and sending referral links. We also use this information to recommend destinations based on places your friends have visited. This data will be stored on our servers and synced from your phone.
Calendar: This permission enables us to add your bookings directly to your calendar for better schedule management.
Notifications: If you opt in for notifications, we will send exclusive deals, promotional offers, and travel-related updates to your device. If you choose not to receive notifications, essential updates such as booking confirmations and refunds (in case of cancellation) will be sent via SMS.
Account and Identity: This permission enables us to retrieve your contact and account details. We use this information to pre-populate and auto-fill fields such as email IDs and phone numbers, providing a seamless booking experience. It also facilitates quick and hassle-free logins.

- Booking Information: This includes information about Primary and Secondary Visitors or Other travellers for whom you are making a booking, Travel Date, Trip Duration, Number of Adults, Number of Children, Booking Preferences, and other necessary details to process your bookings.
Payment Information
Payment Information: This includes Payment Method, Card Number, Card Type, Cardholder Name, Card Expiration Date, Billing and Other Necessary Information.
Non-Personal Information
We may collect non-personal information that cannot be used to uniquely identify or contact you. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purposes. This information may be aggregated and used to improve our user experience. Non-personal information includes but is not limited to:

- Health Information (in exceptional cases only): Information such as your medical certificates, doctor notes, or any other form of health information relative to an individual’s health in relation to the attendance of booked services or your Covid-19 vaccination status and certificate in case you wish to avail of any service for provision of which such Covid-19 vaccination related information is required or want to access your vaccination certificate at a later stage for travel related or any other purpose. We will never process the beneficiary id and other id details contained in the vaccination certificate.
- User-Generated Content: This includes images, videos and information shared in reviews, feedback and other user-generated content.
- Communications Information: This includes communications between you and our customer support team or between you and our Partners or third-party service providers through chat, email, phone or other means.
- Invitations and Referrals: If you invite a friend to our Platform, we will ask you for their email address to send an email invitation. You can also use our contact importer tool to invite a friend or find friends who already use our Platform. We store this information to send invitations, to register your friend if your invitation is accepted, to track the success of our invitation service, and to identify your friends on our Platform.
