General Policy
We act as an intermediary platform, facilitating bookings and reservations for services provided by third-party and Partners. We are not directly responsible for the refund and cancellation policies of the Partners and third-party service providers. Please note that each Partner and third-party service provider has its own refund and cancellation policy and all transactions made through our Platform are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the respective Partner and third-party service provider. Therefore, it is your responsibility to carefully review their terms and conditions, including the refund and cancellation policies available in the booking summary, before making a booking or availing services.
Any request for refunds or cancellations made through our Platform will be forwarded to the respective Partner or third-party service providers. for Processing.
Cancellation by the User
Terms of Cancellation: The cancellation policies may be subjected to
- Cancellation fees.
- Deadlines for cancellations.
- Non-refundable bookings.
How to Cancel : To cancel a booking , please follow these stpes :
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your booking details.
- Follow the cancellation instructions provided.
- Contact our customer support if you encounter any issues.
Refund Processing : Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the Partner or third-party service provider’s policy. We are not responsible for processing refunds. However, if a refund is applicable and you are eligible for the refund, it will be processed through the original payment method and the refund will be settled in 5-7 working days.
In general, the cancellations are made as follows:
- Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled date: Full Refund.
- Cancellations made within 5-7 days of the scheduled date: 10% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled date: No Refund.
Cancellation by the Partner or Third-Party Service Provider
Partners and third-party service providers reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather conditions, safety concerns, insufficient participants, or any other reason. In the event of such cancellation, you will be notified as soon as possible and you may be offered:
- A full refund.
- The option to reschedule your booking (subject to availability).
Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings, such as date or time changes, are subject to the policies of the respective Partner or third-party service providers. Moreover, these changes may be subjected to:
- Fees: Changes may incur additional fees.
- Availability: Changes are subject to availability.
No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your booking without prior cancellation, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Force Majeure
Neither we nor our Partners or third-party service providers shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or any other reason.
